As a non-profit organization, MP United Football Club strives to educate players, coaches, and fans about the rules of the game and the importance of good sportsmanship on and off the field. Volunteers assist the organization to run smoothly on a variety of levels, such as helping coach, referee games, organize practices, lead administrative roles, and manage equipment and teams, to name a few.

Attendance
MPU is very excited to be apart of the growing soccer participation on Saipan. We hope to grow and improve to become one of the premiere clubs on Saipan. One issue that we deal with every season is how many players to put on a team. Because this is a team sport we must have enough players to have the minimum players and substitutes on game day and not too many players that the kids don't get enough play time. When players miss games it really makes it difficult for the coach and is unfair for the teammates. Of course there are times when unforeseen circumstances arise and players can't make practices or games, but in general we need committed players. This season we will be taking attendance of unexcused and excused absences from games and practices. Excessive absences may result in non-acceptance of club membership for future seasons. This season, notify your coach when you can't make a game or practice.
